(less)Sheen's ex-wife pleads guilty to drug charge
Although the assault charges were dropped because there wasn't enough evidence, Brooke pleaded guilty to cocaine possession, according to RadarOnline.com.
Under the terms of her plea deal, Brooke - who was recently released from rehab after completing 90 days treatment for drug addiction - must continue her outpatient drug treatment, and if she completes all terms of her probation, the possession charge will be dismissed in a year. Brooke, who recently bought Mel B's Los Angeles mansion, is determined to stay clean for the sake of her sons.
A source recently said, "She's serious about staying clean, she's now living with a sober companion, and going to Alcoholics Anonymous and Narcotics Anonymous meetings. She is hopeful that her recovery from drugs and alcohol will be sustained lifelong.
The only thing she is taking is vitamins. The main focus in Brooke's life right now is being the best mom possible to Bob and Max and staying sober.

(less)Shillong keeps date with Bob Dylan
And today, it was no different here. Hundreds of fans of the philosopher-musician, some from as far as Hyderabad, Goa, Bangalore, Kolkata and the neighbouring Guwahati descended in this music-savvy city and went agog with the 69th birthday celebrations of the legendary singer.
Shillong's very own Bob Dylan Lou Majaw and his colleagues rendered haunting Dylan numbers at two venues at Pearly Dew School in the morning and at Khyndailad at the heart of the city in the evening. The programmes showcased Dylan's songs and the artists own compositions.
Among the bands that performed, was a curiously named band called 'Bad Monkeys'. "This year has been very good.
Students from Pearly Dew School recited poems and sang songs composed by Dylan, while the city rocked and rolled in the evening," Majaw said. He said the objective of this celebration is to take music as a part of education
(less)Biopic on reggae legend Bob Marley
"There's never been a fiction film about Marley. We've never had a sense of him as a real man, as opposed to the legend," Ash said.
The Redemption Song hitmaker, who remains the most widely known and revered performer of reggae music, lived in the British capital in 1977, after an attempt was made on his life in Jamaica. It was during these days that he hung out with the likes of the Sex Pistols and other punk rockers.
The project will be produced by Greenacre Films' Amanda Jenks and Nadine Marsh Edwards. However, the sad part is that Ash does not yet have the right to use the legendary singer's songs, a stumbling block which has left other planned biopics of Marvin Gaye and Janis Joplin in the shade.
She also did not confirm who will be portraying Marley. The reggae singer died at the age of 36 in Miami due to severe melanoma and is survived by eleven children, according to his official website
