(less)I want Madhubala's films, Madhuri's talent: Dia
..
these are among the most iconic women I can think of in Bollywood," Dia said here while unveiling the top 10 iconic bestsellers of a beauty brand. If Dia was to grab one aspect of each of their lives, what would that be? "It has to be Madhubala's films, Madhuri's talent! Manisha was one of the few naturally beautiful actresses when she came into the industry, and Aishwarya, I admire for everything.
..
just for the fact that she is truly a global ambassador of India," she added. Looking princess-like in a simple, peach-coloured dress, Dia was asked her beauty secret.
"I think beauty is in one's character," she said. The former Miss Asia Pacific started her Bollywood career with Rehna Hai Tere Dil Mein in 2001, following which she has featured in over 30 titles so far.
Last year she turned producer with Love Breakups Zindagi , which was her last film as an actor as well. As of now, she is enjoying the relaxed pace of her work.
"You arrive at a stage in life when you want peace, you don't want to rush after things..
. so it's just that for me.
It's time to reinvent myself, do new things, move forward and widen my horizons," she said. Dia is reportedly set to tie the knot with her beau, director Sahil Sangha, this year.

I don't endorse brands I don't believe in: Dia
Talking about the brands she endorses, the actress said, "The basic reason for signing up on any brand for me is that the ethos of the brand blends with what I believe in - be it Body Shop or Panasonic. I find it extremely discomforting to be part of a brand that I'm not proud of or that I don't believe in.
So, for me, that's the first requisite, and I think I am really lucky to be associated with multiple brands that are do really well and genuinely make a difference to society. These brands are responsible, their CSR is really good and they give back to society.
Environment too is very important for me and for them, so it's a win-win situation for me currently." But the brand ambassador says that effort has to be pitched in from both ends to make things work, and to bring about concrete change.
"You are just not a celebrity endorsing a brand," she says, adding, "It's a cohesive effort that you and the brand need to make..
. Body Shop doesn't encourage falsehood.
It doesn't ask you to wear tonnes of make-up 365 days a year. I don't do that.
They ask you to focus on nutrition, something I truly believe in."

This is what I like most about her and I think it is a fashion statement in itself," Dia said during the first day of Wills Lifestyle India Fashion Week (WIFW). The actress was here as a guest for designer duo "Shantanu and Nikhil's show".
Ever since the 30-year-old made her relationship with filmmaker Sahil Sangha public, Dia has been stormed with questions about marriage but she is in no mood to enter the institution anytime soon. "There have been many assumptions surrounding our marriage.
I have always said that I am in a committed relationship but we have not thought of marriage as yet. Once our families sit together and time allows us, we will get married," she said.

But I will have to audition for it. We want cool, edgy characters.

"When you are producing a film, you actually control the taste and class of the film. How to introduce the villain, what will unnerve you.
..
you could build on these things and make a film better," he added. Zayed turned producer with his good friend, actress Dia Mirza and her beau Sahil Sanga .
Together, they launched production company Born Free Entertainment last year. He says Dia better be happy with the fact that their second film is not romantic, but an action-comedy.
"Dia has to be happy because the first film Love Breakups Zindagi was made of her choice," he said

It's the most beautiful form of love. Aditi Rao Hydari: My mother is the most important person in my life.
Whatever she has taught me about life will always stay with me, and I am thankful to her for being the person she is. Arunoday Singh: Every day is Mother's Day.
If I call her up on one special day to say Happy Mother's Day, she will get very angry with me for only calling on just one day. Yuvika Chaudhary: For every mother, her child always remains a child, however old you grow.
Javed Ali: No one will live forever. Instead of missing her after she has gone, it is better to love and respect her while she is still with you
