Lindsay Lohan to appear on Glee
The Mean Girls star's most recent scripted TV offering came in 2008 with an arc on ABC's Ugly Betty . Glee would mark her latest small-screen appearance after hosting NBC's Saturday Night Live during which she poked fun at her checkered past.
Glee has featured a plethora of guest stars this season, including the recently announced Whoopi Goldberg, Ricky Martin, Idina Menzel, Matt Bomer, Nene Leakes and Jeff. Beyond the Glee gig, Lohan, 25, is also in discussions to play Elizabeth Taylor in a television movie for cable network Lifetime.

12), she said: "I think I still need to go through the process of proving myself, you know, with SNL', being on time, being, you know, keeping my - can't say the word, but - stuff together." She added: "I could see where it could be scary for people to invest in me.
And I don't want people to have that reason to be scared anymore. "Being able to have this opportunity with 'SNL' and the film, I'm going to do what I'm supposed to do, and enjoy doing it, and do it as best as I can.

"I'm gonna put my all into it. I'm really honoured to be playing Elizabeth Taylor and I really love the script, it's phenomenal," she said.
"There's are lot of similarities from my past that I can relate to her on some things that she's gone through and the kind of person that she was,whether it's relationships or just being in the public eye, so I'm gonna obviously do the best I can and hopefully people will enjoy it. I don't want to depict her in the wrong way," she added.
