(less)I consider myself very lucky: Amrita Puri
I love it because there is a lot more creativity in it and it helps me keep my acting skills sharp. I keep learning lots of new things when I am doing theatre," Amrita told IANS.
These days, the actress is busy promoting her second film " Blood Money ". But she says it is tough for a person without a film background to make a mark in the industry.
"It took me two years of auditioning, after which I got "Aisha". For a person like me, who is from a non-film background, it is very difficult to get into films.
The number of young people who want to get into the industry is huge, but very few make it big. "I consider myself very lucky.
But I had to work very hard for this opportunity. And it feels great that whatever work I have got has been on the basis of my performance," she said.
Now that the 24-year-old is getting good work, she makes sure she does not choose similar kind of roles. "I did not want to get stereotyped.
That is why after 'Aisha', I was very particular about the kind of roles I select. My role in this film is very different from 'Aisha'.
"I play a middle class girl from Mumbai who gets married to the character played by actor Kunal Khemu, who goes to Capetown. Kunal starts to work in a small business of diamond-exporting and then life takes a twist," she added.
From a supporting actress to the main lead -- the journey has been a learning one for Amrita. "Playing a lead role means getting the limelight, but with everything else it comes with a lot of responsibility and pressure.
I hope I am able to live up to the expectations and the film does well," she said. Directed by Vishal Mahadkar and produced by Mahesh Bhatt , "Blood Money" releases on March 30

I would love to act in a RGV or a Puri Jagannath Film," said Sibiraj in a statement. "As an actor, it will give me an opportunity to reach out to a new audience and challenge my screen performance skills.
I missed an opportunity to work with RGV since the Tamil and Telugu remake of Go was shelved due to certain reasons. "Both these filmmakers are recognised for their creativity and for bringing the best from the actor in their films.
If an opportunity comes by, I won't let it pass. I would love to work with them.
I have watched most of their movies and I admire their artistry. I believe it would be a great experience," said the 29-year-old.
The actor, son of Tamil film star Sathyaraj, has featured in films like Lee , Jore and Kovai Brothers . His last release was in Naanayam in 2010, in which he played a negative role.
Talking about his favourite movie genre, he said: "My favourite genre is action-thriller but I wouldn't prefer to be typecast. I would like to act in multi-starrers also but only if I like the role.
I wouldn't mind playing the bad guy or even a cameo if it would make a mark in the audiences' mind." Tweet

(less)RGV confirms Abhishek for Businessman
The actor is also a part of the original Telugu film of the same name which released in January this year. It was also reported that Puri Jagannath was not too happy with the Bachchans after the debacle of Buddha Hoga Tera Baap.
Businessman is a story of a gangster who is into organised crime. Puri felt Abhishek will not be able to match the character played by Mahesh Babu in the Telugu version and decided to cast Mahesh Babu in the Hindi version, too.
Apparently, things have been settled by Ram Gopal Varma who worked as a middle man. Abhishek will step into Mahesh Babu's shoes.
Ramu confirmed the development. He said, "Finally it's confirmed.
Me and Puri Jagan together are making the remake of the block buster Telugu hit `Businessman' with Abhishek Bachchan ."
