" Ask him about the buzz that Cuba was included in the schedule of Kabir Khan's Ek Tha Tiger only later so that the warmth and the sunshine there could alleviate his pain, and Salman states, "Cuba was always there in the plans. We had a great schedule.
The cold weather in Ireland did aggravate the pain in my jaw earlier." Don't ask me! The actor whose films like Dabangg and Bodyguard have registered highest box-office collections in the last couple of years, he is not very forthcoming when you ask him about the buzz of dabangg 2 creating a new record (Rs 48-50 crore) for satellite rights.

(less)I thank God for all success, says Aamir Khan
"I am humbled that you all are here to wish me. My day starts with you, with your good wishes," said an overwhelmed Aamir.
He also cut a cake. "I would thank God who has given me all the success and happiness that god has showered on me in my personal life.
We were recently blessed with a kid named Azad so I am thankful to god," said the actor, dressed casually in shorts and a T-shirt. Hours before Aamir Khan turned 47 came the big news break last night.
Talaash , his psychological thriller due to release in June, has been postponed. Today, Aamir apologised to his fans for the delay.
" Talaash is very close to my heart. Earlier, we were trying to release it in January.
Then we announced it for June. Now, the date has been pushed to either November 30 or December 7.
I am sorry for this, I know my fans are waiting for Talaash ," he said. Pics: How Aamir spent his birthday "Reason behind this is the show I was doing.
The set caught fire and the entire set was destroyed. So, the show got delayed a bit.
So, I am focusing on the show, which is impacting the release date of Talaash," he added. Aamir Khan is one of the producers of the film; the others are Ritesh Sidhwani and Farhan Akhtar.
Talaash , directed by Reema Kagti, also stars Kareena Kapoor and Rani Mukherji. Ostensibly, the release date has been postponed keeping in mind Aamir Khan's debut on TV, also slated for June.
"Right now my life revolves around the show. My team and me are trying to do something different.
I have been working on this show for last two years. This is my life's ambitious project," Aamir said.
"I am very excited about my television debut. Usually today's day (birthday) I spend with my family, but today I will be leaving for the shooting of my television show," he added.
Given the extensive and innovative promotions which Aamir undertakes for each of his films, the reason to shift dates is credible. Or is it? Dig a little deeper.
On the other side, old rival Shah Rukh Khan is neck-deep in filming his big Diwali release - the untitled Yash Raj film with Katrina Kaif. If their first-time together on screen isn't big enough, this one is surely the clincher - master director Yash Chopra returns to direct SRK after eight years.
Their last film together was Veer-Zaara , with Preity Zinta in the female lead role. With Diwali on November 13, SRK's film will release roughly two weeks before Talaash .
Like ghost of Diwali past, when a similar situation was played out in 2008. That year Aamir's Ghajini outpaced SRK's Rab Ne Bana Di Jodi .
While Ghajini became a huge blockbuster, Rab Ne Bana Di Jodi , though a blockbuster, didn't inspire haircuts and chiseled bodies. Many said at the time that smart promotions are what worked in Ghajini 's favour - including movie theatre staff sporting Aamir's signature cut from the film.
Pics: Aamir Khan turns 47 Will 2012 see yet another slickly-promoted Aamir Khan film hog the limelight and the box-office and the awards (though Aamir steadfastly shuns them)? We'll know in a few months. Till then, there are huge numbers of his fans counting down the days.
Aamir Khan fans are going ballistic on Facebook and Twitter. "1st reaction to Talaash delay news - "Shit Happens!" :x, says a tweet.
"TV killed the movie star," says another. Others say SRK will be upstaged (we can't use the real word here, so think of the extreme form) by Aamir and Aamir by Salman's Dabanng 2 ! Clearly, fans are watching the moves of the biggest Khans of the industry! Meanwhile, with each passing year, Aamir looks younger and says that it is all because of his parents' genes.
"There is no secret behind this. I would only thank my 'ami' and 'abbajaan' who has given me these genes.
Whatever we are, it is given by our parents. I try to live a healthy life," he said.

(less)What is wrong with Salman’s eye? Bollywood News and Gossip
Is Salman miffed with Angela Jonsson?
However, Kingfisher calendar girl Angela Jonsson, who was linked up with Ranbir Kapoor last year, has already generated much curiosity around her. According to reports, Salman Khan who is said to be launching the lady in his home-production next year, is apparently miffed that South star Mahesh Babu has managed to score ahead of him - by doing a cola commercial with Angela.
Even before the pre-production work on her big screen debut has started, the model has featured in the advertisement and has also pulled off some really good stunts along with Mahesh Babu and model Sahil Shroff. Salman is not too impressed.
A source said, "A launch with Salman Khan is a big thing for any newcomer. So that would naturally be incorporated in the marketing and promotion of the film.
That's why doing an ad with Mahesh Babu is not the same as doing a film with Salman." Needless to say, Salman's apprehensions aren't misplaced.
It seems that he doesn't want Angela to be in the news for anything that could come in the way of her debut. Recently, it was reported that the actor had told her off when he had heard about her bonding with Tiger Shroff.

(less)Salman recommends Aamir for new film
Veteran producer Shyam Bajaj is keen on the alliance too. "But after hearing the script, Salman felt that the project would suit Aamir Khan.
Besides, he also conceded that he's currently tied up with prior commitments like Ek Tha Tiger and Dabangg 2 . So even if he wished to, he couldn't commit to it," said the source.
"He's even believed to have said that he would talk to Aamir if Siddique wanted him to," added the source. When contacted, Siddique maintained that he's still working on his next script.
"Only after I complete the writing part can I figure out which actors can be considered for the cast. So it's too early to talk about the casting," he said.
Speaking about the kind of film he is working on, the director said: "It's an action-romance with some humour and also a thriller element. That's all I can say at this point.

(less)Salman, SRK are too busy for Kamal Haasan
After SRK backed out of Kamal's remake of the South superhit Vettayadu Villayadu , we now hear that Salman may not have the time to star in the remake of Armour of God that is being planned with the star and Jackie Chan. A source said, "Salman is shooting the Dabangg sequel at the moment and then he has the promotions for another project coming up.
After that, he is committed to Shirish Kunder's Kick . There is a lot of post-production work too, in between, that is going to keep him busy.
Seems like this year, he will have no time to devote to any other project." What we also hear is that Salman will be co-directing the Dabangg sequel with Arbaaz Khan, which will practically take up all of his time.
The source added, "He hasn't even met Kamal to talk about this project. He has been shooting continuously for the film.
" The South superstar, however, seems unhappy about the development, as he does not want to make any compromises. The source added, "SRK was always on his mind for the remake of the film, and similarly he wants Salman for this film.
Even if it's for a cameo, he does not want to make any compromise as far as quality goes since it's going to be the most expensive film of his life." However we also hear that Sallu is on very good terms with Kamal and as and when the film goes on floors, he will decide how his dates can be worked out.
